What we did
To enable further development, YIT asked Qentinel to audit the current state of their CRM system as an independent expert. The main objectives of the audit were assessing the system’s data security level and clarifying questions and responsibilities related to the system’s maintenance. Qentinel conducted a risk analysis, evaluated YIT’s operational models and helped them identify the system’s development areas as well as the risks and uncertainties related to further development.
