Palmia

Qentinel has developed services for the quality assessment of IT systems, and this has lead to a new service concept being piloted in the autumn of 2010 for Palmia, a municipal enterprise that provides catering, property maintenance, cleaning and security services as well as telephone and wellness services. The aim of the project was to ensure that Palmia’s IT system meets their business needs in the best possible way.

What we did

During the project, Qentinel analysed one of the customer’s key business processes related to the planning and execution of cleaning services. The analysis showed how the mobile-based workflow management system used in Palmia supports the process.
