The IT Services department of the University of Helsinki provides high-quality services in information and communication technology by both maintaining the University’s IT infrastructure and developing common procedures and standards. The University of Helsinki wanted to ensure the performance of the Service Desk system that was to be deployed, while also increasing their know-how in performance measurement.

What we did

The University of Helsinki chose Qentinel to implement the performance testing solution and to test the performance of the system that was to be deployed. We selected the tools that best suited the environment, implemented a performance testing solution for the customer and trained the customer’s key personnel in assuring the application’s performance in the future.
